Silent Groove offers extremely competitive pricing on the Silent Disco hire kit, with packages starting at $170. Our pricing is based on the number of headphones required, so you can make your booking to suit your event.
We’ve found personally that guests are more interested in a Silent Disco than people expect, so we do recommend having one set of headphones per guest – nothing worse than leaving someone out of the fun!

Private Parties and Events
Silent Groove offers “dry hire” of silent disco equipment for private parties including kids and teen parties and adult functions and parties. You will be supplied a kit which includes our wireless 3-channel LED headphones, 3 transmitters and cables. The Silent Disco operates by connecting our 3 transmitters and RCA cables directly into the headphone ports of your own 3 music devices – this allows for your chosen playlists to transmit wirelessly to the three different channels on the headphones. Music devices can include a DJ Deck, laptop/computer, iPad, tablet, iPod, Phones etc, where you can play your purchased music or stream music through an app. Power is required for the transmitters. Headphones come pre-charged with approximately 8 hours charge.
Full instructions for set-up and operation are emailed prior to your booking, and we are also able to provide phone support if required.
Please note, if you have an iPhone without a headphone port, you will need to have a Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter to plug into your phone, to enable connection to our Aux cable, or you can add these to your booking for $2 each.
Silent Groove can cater to larger events including set-up and pack-down services, staffing and music hire. Pricing is based on the event type and number of headphones required and additional extras such as staff, music, lighting and headphone charging cables.
