Do you deliver?
Yes! We understand that organising an event, function or party is a busy time, so we will happily deliver the equipment to your nominated address in Perth. Silent Groove offers free delivery and pick-up from within our Free Delivery Zone. Additional delivery costs will apply for requests outside of normal business hours and for locations farther than this, and will be provided upon quotation. We are happy to offer pricing for a courier to deliver to places outside of Perth.
Do you set up the silent disco equipment?
One of the best things about the Silent Groove silent disco equipment is that you don’t need to be tech-savy to set it up, our system is extremely quick and easy, literally ‘plug in and play’ – we will have you grooving in no time! All Silent Groove kits come with easy to follow instructions and we offer unlimited phone support. We often deliver the equipment well in advance of the event so there is plenty of time to set it up and contact us if you have any questions. Set-up options are available for large events on request.
Do you provide the music or playlists?
Silent Groove does not offer hire of devices with music, however we are able to provide suggested playlists and instructions on how to set-up your playlists on your computer, phone, iPod or tablet.
Can I play music from my laptop, ipod, phone etc?
Yes! That is the best way to do it – use whatever devices you like to connect to our transmitters, simply plug them in and you are ready to go! You can of course incorporate a live DJ if you would like, along with a couple of iPods or whatever else you choose. You can use any type of audio equipment that has a playlist.
What do I do after the event?
To ensure we can continue providing everyone with awesome Silent Groove disco equipment, we need you to ensure all equipment is checked and packed back into the Silent Groove storage containers provided. You must be available on your nominated phone number to arrange collection of equipment. An agreed collection timeframe will be provided by Silent Groove when the equipment is delivered.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during hire?
We understand that accidents sometimes happen, however if headphones or other equipment is damaged making them unusable or lost during your event you will be liable for the replacement cost. The best way to avoid this cost is to ensure you and your guests look after the equipment. Further details are included in our Terms and Conditions.
