Do you deliver?
Yes! We understand that organising an event, function or party is a busy time, so we are able to provide delivery and pick-up services to your location for bookings of 50 Headphones or more. This is free for bookings within 10km of Gwelup or delivery costs will apply for requests outside of normal business hours and for locations farther than this, and will be provided upon quotation. We also provide pick-up options for all bookings, available from one of our two locations.
Do you set up the silent disco equipment?
One of the best things about the Silent Groove silent disco equipment is that you don’t need to be tech-savy to set it up, our system is extremely quick and easy, literally ‘plug in and play’ – we will have you grooving in no time! All Silent Groove kits come with easy to follow instructions and we offer unlimited phone support. Set-up options are available for large events on request.
What type of headphones do you supply?
Silent Groove’s wireless headphones offer three different channels simultaneously, each channel with its own LED colour (green, blue and red). The beauty of three playlists of music at any one time means each person can change the music they are dancing to as they please – as well as personal control of their own volume. Three channels means more choices of music, so no one has an excuse to ‘sit-out’ a song they don’t like! Headphones come pre-charged with approximately 8 hours charge. Silent Groove ensures all equipment is checked, charged, cleaned and counted before each hire.
How does the music work?
Silent Groove provides three transmitters and Aux cables which simply plug in to the headphone jack of any device, such as a DJ deck, laptop, iPad/tablet, phone, iPod, etc. Please note, if you have a new iPad or iPhone without a headphone port, you will need to have your own Apple Lightning to 3.5mm Headphone Jack Adapter to plug into your phone, to enable connection to our Aux cable. We are able to provide suggested playlists and instructions on how to set-up your devices.
What do I do after the event?
To ensure we can continue providing everyone with awesome Silent Groove disco equipment, we simply request that all equipment is checked and packed back into the Silent Groove storage containers provided. You must be available on your nominated phone number to confirm collection of equipment or delivery back to Silent Groove. An agreed timeframe will be provided by Silent Groove ahead of your event.
What happens if the equipment is damaged during hire?
We understand that accidents sometimes happen, however if headphones or other equipment is damaged making them unusable or lost during your event you will be liable for the replacement cost. The best way to avoid this cost is to ensure you and your guests look after the equipment. Further details are included in our Terms and Conditions.
